Export to Google Earth

 

Using the indicated button on the Palette, the design can be exported to Google Earth:

The following dialog appears:

The design is exported based on the tangent points with additional intermediate points. Because the coordinates from the drawing are converted to Lat/Lon, a Coordinate System will need to be set in the drawing. If this has not already been done, the wizard will ask you to select a Coordinate System.

The file name is pre-populated based on the export location and file name settings. If the file already exists then a warning symbol will be displayed.

The generated fill will be opened in Google Earth or any other application associated with the file extension KML.
