Extra distances

 

In the Profile View bands, distances are indicated at the tangent points and at a fixed interval. It is also possible to place distance and depth values at own indicated distances. This can be done with the 'Extra Distances' functionality which can be started with the indicated button on the Palette:

You will be asked to indicate points in the active Profile View that will be marked as additional distance. Also a description is requested. When a drill is finalized, the extra distances will be provided with a distance and elevation too.

These extra distances are also used when exporting to G-Geo Pipeline to force EG points to be exported. It is also possible to show extra distances in the tangent point table.
