Longitudinal section

 

After generating a trace, a longitudinal section can be placed. The longitudinal section is the vertical design space for the drill. Since an EG profile has already been specified when creating a trace, that line is automatically drawn in the Profile View. Start the function with the indicated button on the Palette:

The following dialog appears:

A name and description can be entered. In the next step the drill properties can be provided.
